1. General

Big Choice Shoes is an online footwear store operating from:

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and complete.

1. Order Placement

Once an order has been successfully placed, the order cannot be cancelled by the customer.

Please carefully check the product, size, colour, quantity, shipping address and other details before completing your purchase.

Big Choice Shoes reserves the right to cancel or decline an order in exceptional circumstances, including stock unavailability, pricing errors, technical issues, suspected fraudulent activity or other circumstances affecting the ability to fulfil the order.

1. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed and Big Choice Shoes is unable to fulfil the order, the customer will be informed and the eligible amount will be refunded in full, including applicable shipping charges.

1. Product Images & Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colours, sizes and descriptions accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings or manufacturing differences.

1. Size Exchange

Size exchange is available subject to availability.

For an approved size exchange:

• The customer must return the original product to the address provided by Big Choice Shoes.
• The product must be unused, unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
• The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us.
• A ₹199 reshipping charge will apply for sending the replacement size.
• The replacement size will be shipped only after the returned product is received and inspected.

Size exchange is subject to stock availability.

1. Returns

Returns are accepted only for an incorrect/wrong product or a defective product, subject to verification.

Change of mind, preference, colour preference or incorrect size selection does not qualify as a regular return. Size-related issues are handled through the size-exchange policy above.

1. Unboxing Video Requirement

For any claim involving a wrong, defective, damaged or missing product, a continuous, uncut 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

• Begin before opening the package.
• Clearly show the sealed package.
• Show the package being opened continuously.
• Clearly show the product and its condition.

Claims without the required uncut unboxing video may not be accepted.

1. COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, a 10% advance payment is required to confirm the order.

The remaining amount is payable at the time of delivery.

The 10% advance is non-refundable if the order is cancelled by the customer, refused, not received, or returned to origin (RTO), subject to applicable law.

1. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 24–48 working hours.

After dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately 5–8 working days, depending on the destination, courier partner, transportation conditions and other circumstances.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, transportation issues, holidays, remote locations, incorrect address information or other circumstances beyond our control.

We currently provide regular shipping within India.

1. Payments

Online payments are processed through Razorpay. Big Choice Shoes does not directly store customers’ complete card, UPI or banking credentials.

1. Policy Changes

Big Choice Shoes reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, policies, prices or services when necessary. Updated terms will be published on the website.
