Processing time may vary during weekends, public holidays, sales, promotions or periods of unusually high order volume.

After dispatch, orders generally take approximately:

5–8 working days

Delivery time depends on the customer’s location and the courier/transportation network.

1. Delivery Is Not Guaranteed

The above delivery timeframe is an estimated timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Big Choice Shoes is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier operations
• Transportation delays
• Weather conditions
• Natural events
• Public holidays
• Remote or difficult-to-reach locations
• Incorrect/incomplete address
• Customer unavailability
• Operational disruptions
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

1. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

1. COD Orders

COD orders require a 10% advance payment to confirm the order.

The remaining amount is payable upon delivery.

If a COD shipment is refused, not received or becomes RTO, the 10% advance is non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
