At Big Choice Shoes, we carefully check orders before dispatch. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

✅ WRONG OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT — 100% REFUND

If you receive a wrong or defective product, you may be eligible for a 100% REFUND of the eligible order amount, including applicable shipping charges, after verification and approval by our team.

🎥 MANDATORY: A continuous, uncut 360° unboxing video is required.

The video must:

• Start before opening the parcel.
• Clearly show the package and its condition.
• Show the complete opening/unboxing process continuously.
• Clearly show the product received.

Without the required uncut 360° unboxing video, we may not be able to verify or accept the claim.

📏 SIZE EXCHANGE

We offer size exchange subject to availability.

For an approved size exchange:

• The product must be unused and unworn.
• Original box, packaging, tags and accessories must be intact.
• The customer must ship the product back to the address provided by Big Choice Shoes.
• Return shipping to us will be paid by the customer.
• A ₹199 reshipping charge will apply for sending the replacement size.
• The replacement will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned product.

📦 IF THE REQUIRED SIZE/PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK

If you receive a wrong or defective product, your claim is approved, and we do not have the required replacement product or size available, we will provide a:

💯 100% REFUND OF THE ELIGIBLE AMOUNT, INCLUDING APPLICABLE SHIPPING CHARGES.

🚫 NO RETURN FOR CHANGE OF MIND

Returns are not accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Colour preference
• Incorrect size selection

🎥 IMPORTANT — UNBOXING VIDEO

PLEASE RECORD A CONTINUOUS, UNCUT 360° VIDEO WHILE RECEIVING AND OPENING YOUR PARCEL.

This video is mandatory for any wrong, defective, damaged or missing-product claim and is required for us to properly verify the issue.

💰 REFUND PROCESSING

Once a refund has been approved, it will be processed within:

3–4 WORKING DAYS

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your bank/payment account may additionally depend on your bank or payment provider.
